The game
MindGenie AI is a free entertainment game. It attempts to identify a character you're thinking of through a series of questions. Results are provided "as is" for entertainment purposes — the Genie's guessing engine is not guaranteed to be accurate, and an incorrect guess is a normal part of how the game works, not a malfunction.
Acceptable use
- You agree not to use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Site in a way that disrupts normal gameplay for other users.
- You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the guessing engine or its underlying infrastructure.
- You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
No account required
The Site does not require registration to play. Because no account exists, we have no ability to "ban" a specific user beyond standard IP-level abuse prevention if the Site is being misused.
Advertising
The Site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are served by third parties and are not endorsements by MindGenie AI. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising cookies are used.
Intellectual property
The MindGenie AI name, logo, and site design are the property of MindGenie AI. Characters guessed during gameplay are the intellectual property of their respective owners; MindGenie AI does not claim any ownership over them and references them solely for the purposes of the guessing game.
No warranty
The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindGenie AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
